The BumPora SOS watch is a personal safety accessory designed to help alert a designated contact in the event of a fall or emergency. It is not a medical device, is not FDA-approved or FDA-cleared, and does not replace a professional medical alert monitoring service, a smoke detector, or emergency medical equipment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and it does not guarantee that help will arrive or that a signal will always be successfully transmitted (performance depends on factors such as network/Bluetooth connectivity, battery charge, and device range). The device should be used as a supplementary safety tool only, alongside — not instead of — appropriate medical care, supervision, and emergency planning. Always test the device regularly and consult a physician regarding any health or mobility concerns.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed. Payment is due in full at checkout.
